There is no retail or office space inside the community, so the businesses that serve it sit along Cross Creek Boulevard, Bruce B. Downs Boulevard and the wider New Tampa corridors. Restaurants, groceries, pharmacies, medical and dental practices, fitness, salons and the everyday service categories are all a short drive away rather than inside the gates.
The businesses with the strongest position here are the ones that come to the customer: pool service, landscaping and lawn care, pressure washing, pest control, HVAC, plumbing, electrical, home cleaning, mobile pet grooming and in-home care. A gated community with this housing type generates sustained demand across all of those.
