Request received
Thank you. We have your request.
A VIS Mountain strategist will reach out. In the meantime, here is what happens on our side and what is worth a look while you wait.

What happens after submitting a request to VIS Mountain?
A person reads the request, then a senior strategist reviews the website, the Google Business Profile and the current visibility picture before replying, so the first conversation is specific rather than general.
The reply proposes a time for a 20 minute intro call. To speak to someone sooner, call (708) 669-9666 and ask for a strategist.
What happens now.
A person reads it
Not a routing rule. If what you described is not something we do, or not something we think you need, you will be told that directly and pointed somewhere more useful.
We look before we reply
A strategist reviews your site, your Google Business Profile, your visibility and what your closest competitors are doing. That preparation is the reason a 20 minute call can be specific.
We propose a time
A 20 minute intro call with exact scope and pricing. If you would rather pick your own slot now, the booking calendar shows real availability.
Call (708) 669-9666.
If a strategist is free, we will take it right then. That is often faster than waiting for a reply, particularly if your question is a narrow one that does not need a full call.
Enquiries are received 24 hours. In-person meetings run 8:00am to 6:00pm and every office is by appointment only, including the headquarters, so let us know in advance if you would rather meet in a room than on a call.
Four things worth ten minutes.
None of these require you to talk to anybody, and all four make the eventual conversation shorter.
Pricing
What each bundle costs, itemised line by line, plus how ad spend, setup and the contract terms work.
PricingFree marketing audit
The same ground we will walk through together, applied to your site, your profile and your competitors.

GuidesWhat is worth having to hand.
None of this is required, and a conversation can start with none of it. It is simply the difference between advice about businesses like yours and advice about yours.
- A rough monthly figure for enquiries, calls or new customers, however you already count them
- Roughly what you spend on marketing each month, across every vendor, platform and tool
- Read access to your Google Business Profile, where most local problems are visible
- Read access to Google Analytics and Search Console, if they are set up
- Read access to the Google Ads or Meta account, if campaigns are running now
- Who else should be on the call: whoever can say yes, and whoever works the enquiries
- The competitor who annoys you most, which is more useful than it sounds
We never need a password. Access is granted to an email address, stays visible to you inside each platform, and can be revoked in a few clicks. If sharing anything before a first conversation feels premature, skip it and bring screenshots instead.
What happens in the days that follow.
You get a written version of whatever was discussed: the scope, the price, the order of work, and anything we said we would go away and check. It is written so somebody who was not on the call can read it and understand what is being proposed, because frequently somebody who was not on the call is the person who has to approve it.
Then you are left alone to think. If you want to take it to a partner, a practice manager or a board, take the time that needs. We will follow up once and then leave it with you. Nobody is going to call you four times in a week, and if that is what you were bracing for, it is a reasonable thing to brace for and it is not how this works.
If the answer is no, that is a genuinely fine outcome and we would rather hear it than not. Plenty of the businesses we work with now said no the first time, came back a year or two later when the situation had changed, and already knew exactly what they were buying.
Four ways in, and what each one gets you.
All of them reach the same team. They differ in how much preparation happens before somebody speaks to you.
| If you want | Use | What you get |
|---|---|---|
| A quick answer to one question | The phone or live chat | A direct answer, no form |
| A time in the diary now | The booking calendar | Twenty minutes with a strategist |
| A written read on where you stand | The free audit | The biggest gaps, ranked |
| The numbers before the conversation | The pricing page | Published rates, itemised |
The booking calendar shows genuine availability rather than a promise about how soon somebody can see you.
Four things we will not do with your details.
Worth stating, because the usual experience of filling in an agency form is not this.
- We will not sell or share your details. They are used to answer you and to prepare for the call
- You will not be added to a drip sequence that keeps arriving after you have said no
- You will not be called repeatedly by different people from the same company
- You will not be sent a proposal before anybody has looked at your business
- You will not be quoted a price that changes once somebody senior joins the call
The privacy policy sets out exactly what this site collects and what happens to it, including every third party involved.
No pitch deck before we have looked at anything.
The first conversation is a read on where your enquiries are being lost and what we would do about it, in what order. Exact scope and pricing come on that same call rather than in a follow-up, and there is no second meeting required to find out what something costs.
We will not promise you a ranking, a lead volume or a timeline for organic results. Google's own guidance on hiring an SEO states that nobody can guarantee a number one ranking, and we would rather lose a deal than open a relationship with a claim we cannot keep.
If we are not confident we can return a multiple of your investment, we will say so and point you somewhere better. That is not a rhetorical flourish. It happens regularly, usually when the real constraint turns out to be capacity, pricing or how quickly enquiries get answered rather than visibility.
Want to pick a time now?
Twenty minutes with a senior strategist who will have read your account first. The calendar shows real availability.
Straight answers.
Did my message actually go through?
Yes. If you are reading this page, the form submitted successfully and the request is with the team. If you would like confirmation from a human, call (708) 669-9666.
How soon will somebody reply?
Enquiries are received 24 hours and a person reads every one. We do not publish a response-time promise, because a written promise goes stale the first genuinely busy week. If you want a time in the diary now, the booking calendar shows real availability.
Can I talk to somebody right now?
Call (708) 669-9666 and ask for a strategist. If one is free we will take it immediately. The live chat on this site reaches the same team.
What will the first call cover?
Where your enquiries are being lost, what we would do about it and in what order, and the exact scope and price. About 20 minutes, with nothing held back for a second meeting.
What does it cost to work with you?
Bundles start at $2,400 a month for the organic program, $3,600 a month with Google and Meta advertising, and $4,800 a month with the AI layer. Additional locations are $150 a month each on top of a bundle, and ad budget is paid by you directly to the platforms.
